General Pain & Headaches
Repeat each affirmation three to five times to yourself. Repeat the first affirmation three to five times, then the second, third, until you have repeated them all. You don't have to repeat the affirmations on headaches if you don't have headaches. You will notice a reduction, if not complete elimination of your pain.
- My inner self believes that all pain can be permanently and instantly eliminated.
- My inner self believes that my pain will decrease in intensity and go away completely.
- My inner self does not believe that I should have pain in any part of body for any reason.
- My inner self believes that I should always have a high pain threshold.
- My inner self believes that I should have a high tolerance for pain.
- My inner self believes that all soreness, stiffness and inflammation will decrease in intensity and go away completely.
- My inner self does not believe that I should have headaches for any reason.
- My inner self believes that pain and pressure in my head will go away completely.
- My inner self believes that the tension in my head will go away completely.
- My inner self does not believe that I should periodically get headaches for any reason.
- My inner self does not believe that I should get headaches because of stress.
- My inner self does not believe that I should be addicted to any chemical medication to relieve pain.
- My inner self does not believe that I have to use pain medication to eliminate my pain.
- My inner self does not believe that I should want to use pain medication to relieve my pain.
- My inner self does not believe that I should desire or crave any pain medication for any reason.
- My inner self can imagine me being completely free of all pain.
- I am able to imagine myself completely free of all pain.
