Affirmations for Worrying
Instructions: Repeat each affirmation a minimum of three to five times silently to yourself. Start with number one three to five times and move on to the next affirmation.
- My inner self does not believe that worrying will ever accomplish anything.
- My inner self does not believe that I should worry about things that might happen for any reason.
- My inner self does not believe that I should worry about myself for any reason.

- My inner self never worries about failing for any reason.
- My inner self does not think that I should ever worry about things that happened in the past for any reason.
