The affirmations have been empowered so that they will effectively work for anyone and at anytime. You will find this book to be invaluable for yourself, co-workers, friends and family members. If you compare it to the expense of undergoing professional psychotherapy or the agony of unresolved emotional trauma, then it becomes priceless. In order to convince yourself, I encourage you to go to the sections on stress and worrying. Repeat each affirmation to yourself three to five times. Repeat the first affirmation three to five times then move on to the 2nd, 3rd, 4th… When you finish the affirmations, if you were stressed you will no longer feel stressed. If you were worrying about anything you will no longer feel worried.You will feel calm, relaxed, and lighter.
